Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties for residential condo units, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard and in line with customer expectations.
Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist in packing and organizing cleaning products for scheduled jobs.
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for cleaning and handling supplies.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
Manage time efficiently to complete all tasks within the scheduled time frame.

Qualifications:

18 years or older
Male or Female
Preferably a working student or scholar with a flexible schedule.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
Must be physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks.
Trustworthy and reliable.
